Susie she’s very helpful and always asking if I have any questions or concerns about my situation here @ Orabell while I’m waiting for my turn . She gave me a blanket and mask to take a nap coz she noticed I keep on yawning . She is very kind and very sweet to give me some comfort in the clinic while I’m waiting . It’s really worth it your money you paid for my implant . Dr Snapir very gentle in fixing my implant .

I've had lots of major work done here and have had only the best experiences every time. Dr. Snapir is an amazing dentist, and the office staff here is also incredibly organized, which is impressive for a brand new office. They are not even a part of my primary insurance network, and I still prefer to come here even if I have to pay a little more out of pocket. I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THIS TEAM.

Please don’t use this place, my husband just died on their table. He went in for dental implant surgery (he saw a commercial on TV) and they must not have been monitoring him properly. They claim that he suddenly started to decline toward the end of the surgery and they called 911 but it was too late. The surgeon didn’t return any of my phone calls to give me any explanation. The Anesthesiologist did call me the same day do give me his condolences, however, I called the office twice and asked to speak with the surgeon and he never returned my calls. The anesthesiologist told me this wasn’t the first time this has happened that they’ve lost a patient.My husband was in perfect health and had a full-time job at LAX Airport walking 3-5 miles per day. This is a very dangerous procedure, please understand. Do your research and talk with your doctor first before saying yes to this very invasive procedure. I have since also heard horror stories of people having fatal complications after having this procedure.*Orabell, in response to your response, you can’t even spell my name right. You didn’t have my husband show proof of seeing a doctor prior to this invasive procedure and you weren’t monitoring him properly because we had another anesthesiologist look over the medical records. You cannot respond to a review where your patient died, and you cannot feel or even come close to imagining my sorrow unless you lost your spouse of 20 years. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and you’re only worried that this review may hurt your business by making people think twice before using you for this procedure. The surgeon is a coward and should have called me back after I called twice asking to speak with him.

Eight months after having all my top teeth removed and few on the bottom, i just got home with my new teeth. Great job, they look natural. All staff in W. Covina are great. It wasnt easy going thru all the removals, healing time, soft diet, yuk, having to work with no teeth, wearing a mask. But they were all there for me and encouraging me. When i informed Dr i had a high school reunion to attend he really did all he could to make sure i had my new teeth. Two days to spare! Thank you so much for all your work. Debra Gray

First, I'd like to start by saying that I USE TO have a great experience here.The manager that helped me was beyond helpful. Super nice and professional. She talked me through everything I needed to know. The staff and dental assistants that I remember made the office an enjoyable experience. Abel and Lupe always put me at ease, they made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that because you can tell they all actually cared. The quality of service was on point.As of recently I've noticed a huge difference. The service SUCKS! The manager now seems like she hates her job and is just overall RUDE. I can't believe she's the manager with how unprofessional she dresses. These new faces I'm seeing make it so awkward and miserable. The lack of professionalism is mind blowing. What happened to this place?!?!

I went to OraBell Dental Implants in Van Nuys, very impressive upto date state of art equipment. The dental staff from the front desk to technicians were very engaging. The Dentist was professional and detailed in treatment. What sealed the deal was Anna, she was so engaging, and she explained the treatment plan with a few options, she explained all with knowledge and confidence, from every step of treatment to financing. She was a true Florence Nightingale.

I have had problems finding dental office after I moved to the Inland Empire.
